The following are terms and conditions of a legal agreement between you and E3D-Online, its affiliates and partner (collectively, "E3D-Online", "E3D", "we", "us" or "our"). These terms and conditions govern your use of the products and services we offer, and the use of www.e3d-online.com (the "Site").
By accessing or visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by www.e3d-online.com. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, merchants, vendors, resellers, OEMs and/or contributors of content. Capitalized terms are defined in this Agreement.
Information Accuracy
We do our best to ensure that information on the E3D-Online Site is complete, accurate and current. Despite our best efforts however, information on our Site may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. All specifications, products, descriptions, and prices of products on the site are subject to change at any time without notice. We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including applicable colors. However, the actual color you see will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information, content or material provided through our Site.
The inclusion of any product or service on the Site at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Terms of Sale
By placing an order with E3D-Online, you are :
- (i) offering to purchase a product,
- (ii) representing that you are of legal age to form a binding contract, and
- (iii) representing that all information you provide to us in connection with such order is true and accurate and you are an authorized user of the payment method provided. The receipt by you of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order. We retain the right to refuse any order request made by you.
- (iv) accepting that your order may be a pre-order, if specified on the website, and will not be shipped until such date that is provided at the point of order or communicated to you in another form at the time or before your order is placed. Pre-orders require payment in advance, despite the longer than usual shipping date. Shipping dates are subject to change at the sole discretion of E3D-Online Ltd. Your legal rights are not affected.
Prior to our acceptance of an order, verification of information may be required. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, modify or decline your order, or any portion thereof, even after receipt of your order confirmation from us, for any reason whatsoever. We reserve the right to limit the number of items ordered and to refuse service to you without prior notification. If an item lists an incorrect price, either due to typographical or other error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order placed for the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order is being or has been processed. If payment has already been made or if your account has already been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled, we will credit your account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Payment Policy
E3D-Online allow users of its Service to use various forms of payments on our Site, including debit card, credit card, PayPal, and some bank transfer services.
Bank transfer option will only be available where the total spend without shipment exceeds £250.
We offer credit accounts solely to our business partners, which include OEMs, resellers, and professional customers. We run credit checks on all our business partners and we request a credit agreement to be signed before placing your first order. We can review your credit amount and increase or decrease as agreed.
If payments are overdue, then we have the right to revoke your credit status and put you on a payment upfront before the goods are shipped plan.
Prices will include Value Added Tax ("VAT"). If you show by your delivery address that you reside within the United Kingdom, VAT will be added at the point of payment.
OR
Prices will not include value added tax ("VAT"). If you show by your delivery address that you reside outside the United Kingdom, VAT will not be added at the point of payment and will be subject to foreign taxes and duties.
Foreign taxes and duties
If you are not in the UK (United Kingdom), we have no knowledge of, and no responsibility for, the laws in your country.
You (the Customer) acknowledge and agree that, in respect of any Delivery of the Goods to a Delivery Location outside of the UK, that you are the importer of the Goods and shall comply with all applicable obligations in relation to such (including the payment of import duties and taxes).
E3D-Online will not be held liable for any additional handling fees of any kind levied by the courier or handler for the delivery of your shipment.
Cancellations and Refunds
This and the following paragraph apply if you buy as a consumer as defined in the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (the "Regulations"). Provided the Regulations apply to the transaction concerned, then the following terms apply to the contract.
We now inform you that information relating to all aspects of our Goods is not in this document but in our marketing material, whether that is in the medium of Our Website or in hard copy.
The following rules apply to cancellation of your order:
- If you have ordered Goods, but not received them, you may cancel your order without giving a reason, at any time within 35 days of your order. You will have no obligation, and we will return your money, including any shipping costs.
- If you have ordered Goods, and received them, you may cancel your order at any time within 35 days of the date you received them. You must tell us that you wish to cancel. You must also send the Goods back to us within that same 35-day period.
We will return your money subject to the following conditions:
- We receive the Goods in a condition in which we can resell them at full price, in new condition, with labels and packaging intact.
- You comply with our procedure for returns and refunds. We cannot return your money unless we know who sent them.
- If they are a custom product, or a product cut to length.
- If the Goods are somehow mixed with other goods so that we cannot identify or easily separate them.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the Goods. We have no obligation to refund the cost of re-packing and returning the Goods.
In any of the above scenarios, we will return your money within 14 days from the date that we have received the returned product.
Shipping and Delivery
Where Goods are in stock, these will be delivered within 35 days from the day you place an order to purchase the Goods.
By purchasing the goods, you have agreed that you have understood the shipping methods you have selected.
Dispatch of back-ordered or pre-ordered Goods will be confirmed once the Goods are in stock. Goods will be delivered within 35 days from the day that confirmation of goods in stock is sent.
Deliveries will be made by the Carrier to the address stipulated in your order. You must ensure that someone is present to accept the delivery.
We may deliver the Goods in instalments if they are not all available at the same time for delivery.
Where Goods must be signed for on delivery, it must be done so by an adult aged 18 years or over. If no one of that age is at the address when the delivery is attempted, the Goods may be retained by the driver.
When your Goods arrive, it is important that you check immediately the condition and quantity. If your Goods have been damaged in transit, you must refuse the delivery and immediately contact us so that we may dispatch a replacement quickly and minimize your inconvenience.
Signing "Unchecked", "Not Checked" or similar is not acceptable.
We will send you a message by email to tell you when we have dispatched your order.
If we agree with you to deliver on a particular day or at a particular time, we will do our best to comply. But no time given is to be treated as contractual. So, we are not liable to you for any expense or inconvenience you incur on account of delayed delivery or non-delivery.
Some Goods are so large and heavy that delivery times may be slightly longer. In this case, approximate delivery dates will be given when you place your order.
Intellectual Property
The Site and all its Materials, including, but not limited to, its software or HTML code, scripts, text, artwork, photographs, images, video and audio (collectively "Materials") are protected by the laws of the United Kingdom and are property of E3D-Online. All materials are provided through the Site a service to its current and prospective visitor and may be used only for personal or informational purposes and only if you also retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained on the Materials.
No right, title or interest in E3D-Online’s Materials is conveyed to you. You may not copy, reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, post, modify, create derivative work from, sell, license, or otherwise exploit the Site or any of its Materials without our prior written permission; you may not access or use the Site for any competitive or commercial purpose; nor may you permit any copying of our Materials. Any unauthorized copying, alteration distribution, transmission, performance, display, or other use of these materials is prohibited. All rights not expressively granted are reserved by E3D-Online, as applicable.
Disclaimer and Limitations of Liability
You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the Service is at your sole risk. The Service delivered to you (except as expressly stated by us) provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
In no case shall E3D-Online, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the Material or Product procured using this Service, or for any other claim, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the Service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Service, even if advised of their possibility.
Certain states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Warranty & Returns Policy
Please note, this policy only applies to products purchased from the E3D-Online website. If you purchased through one of our genuine resellers, please contact them directly. Warranty Cover This warranty covers any defects in material and workmanship in products purchased from the E3D-Online website for a period of 6 months from purchase. This warranty is subject to the following exclusions:
- (i) Does not apply if the product has been tampered with, repaired and/or modified by non authorised personnel.
- (ii) Does not apply to damage caused by incorrect assembly or abuse of the product.
- (iii) Does not apply if the product is not proven to be faulty.
- (iv) Does not apply if a the failure of an E3D product is caused by pairing it with a third-party product.
Replacement Policy
If the product meets the terms of the warranty cover we will:- (i) At our discretion, replace the product.
- ii) Refund the cost of shipping the product back to us (by the same method it was paid for originally).
- (iii) Cover the cost of shipping the replacement to you, using our preferred method.
Replacement products will be covered under warranty from 6 months from the date the replacement has been issued.

Discount and Promotion Codes
- Discount codes or Promotions are only valid for orders placed online.
- A Discount code or Promotion entitles you, at the time of ordering, to a saving on a new order placed with E3D-Online Ltd.
- E3D-Online reserves the right to decline to accept orders where, in its opinion, a discount or promotion code is invalid for the order being placed.
- Discount codes are not valid in conjunction with any Site-wide promotions (e.g. Black Friday).
- Discount codes can be used for an individual product that has been reduced in price.
- Store credit cannot be used in conjunction with a discount code but can be used to pay for products that are part of a promotion.
- The 'Valid to date' may vary on each promotion.
- Discount Codes and promotions cannot retrospectively be applied to an order that has already been placed.
- Discount codes and promotions cannot be used on resold products (i.e., DUET products).
User Comments and Submissions
If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate, and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are and shall be under no obligation (i) to maintain any comments in confidence; (ii) to pay compensation for any comments; or (iii) to respond to any comments.
We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.
You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive, or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any related website or link. You may not use a false e‑mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third-parties as to the origin of any comments. You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comments posted by you or any third-party.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy & Cookie Policy.
Governing Laws
This Agreement (and any further rules, polices, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Changes to this agreement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
Please review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any of this Agreement or any changes to this Agreement, do not use, access or continue to access the Site or discontinue any use of the Site immediately.
